WHAT IS CHEN TAI CHI?

Gentle power. Relaxed strength. Yin and Yang. Disciplined creativity. This is what Chen tai chi, the oldest form of tai chi is all about. Knowing yourself through discovery of yourself by meditating while moving; so that your Mind is residing inside of your Form. All of this is Chen tai chi.

Chen is classified as being an internal martial art since it is the Mind's intention that controls and focuses the actions of the Body. Chen's method to achieve this is by unity of opposites, by Way of Change, through a calming concentration in the motion of movement. The movement itself calms the mind.

Tai Chi adapts You.
